10. AGM


Each year we hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM), this will take place no later than the 1st Monday of June each year and will conclude the following business for the season;

  • To receive and, if approved, adopt a statement of accounts presented by the Treasurer to the end of the fiscal year.
  • To receive reports from the Chair, Treasurer, Secretary and other Officers as the Committee may request.
  • To appoint Officers to the Committee.
  • To deal with any other matters brought by the Committee or a Member for consideration.

The 2024 AGM will take place on: 18/05/2024

  • Members wishing to submit a question or point to be raised at the AGM needs to submit this in writing to the Secretary at least 7 days in advance of the AGM. If you wish to raise a question you can contact them either by via direct message through the website or via email. Alternatively, you can submit a question using the "Ask the Committee" link.

  • Confirmation of the election of officers will take place at the AGM, any open roles within the Committee Structure can be raised and discussed also.

  • All members have the right to vote at the AGM. Junior members have the right to vote but request that any junior under the age of 13 has the support of an appropriate adult to cast their vote.
