We are aware that the situations of our members are unique and can change, therefore as a club we are open to supporting club members that require some financial support from time to time.
Any club member that is having difficulty with any payments, the payment schedule or has a change in circumstance can submit a payment request in writing to the club chair or treasurer for consideration.
The club also offers “Maternity Leave” and “Serious Injury” reductions for members who fall into this category, and again a request should be submitted in writing to the Chair.
Please rest assured that any request submitted will be treated with the upmost confidentiality and only discussed within the Finance sub-committee who will make the final decision. Once a decision is made this will information will be held by the Treasurer who will inform the relevant Section Lead/Team Captain, if appropriate.
